On January 30 2013, Morgan Little informed the public that there is a heated debate about gun control going on in the Senate. With the recent school shootings, people are angry and laws are being questioned. One major topic is the regulation that occurs at gun shows. There is actual minimal regulation done to prevent criminals or the mentally unstable from purchasing guns. Gun shows do not require background checks. Another issue is women and guns. There is some controversy with this. Some women feel it is necessary to carry a gun in order to protect their children, but other women disagree with that statement.
